Customer Marketing And Community Manager (Cybersecurity): Building, engaging, and scaling the hirify.global community across various audiences, supporting brand, product adoption, and enterprise influence with an accent on owning community health and developing structured programs for ambassadors and partners. Focus on fostering authentic daily engagement, planning offline and hybrid community initiatives, and aligning community efforts with Go-To-Market priorities.

Location: 100% Remote, work from anywhere with at least 6 hours’ overlap with UK time.

What you will do

  • Own and execute a community growth and engagement strategy across platforms like Reddit and Discord.
  • Foster authentic daily engagement by sparking discussion and highlighting community success stories.
  • Build and scale structured community programs for students, professionals, educators, and advocates.
  • Plan and deliver offline and hybrid community initiatives, including local meetups and hackathons.
  • Support the growth of professional and enterprise-facing community segments, collaborating with Sales and Partnerships.
  • Define and track community health metrics, reporting on impact across brand awareness and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in community management, ideally in tech, cybersecurity, SaaS, or STEM education.
  • Hands-on experience managing and growing communities on Discord, Reddit, or similar platforms.
  • Strong instinct for brand voice, tone, and consistency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for cybersecurity, technology, or education.
  • Experience using data and qualitative insight to assess community health and engagement.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience building or scaling structured community or advocacy programs.
  • Exposure to B2B, professional, or partner-facing communities.
  • Event planning experience (meetups, hackathons, workshops, or conferences).
  • Familiarity with community analytics, moderation tooling, or social listening platforms.
  • Startup or scale-up experience.
