What you will do
- Develop, implement, and refine consistent account management workflows and SOPs for the Brand Direct POD.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers to operate as trusted strategic advisors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key direct accounts, providing guidance on digital strategy.
- Translate clients’ business objectives into aligned operational and technical execution.
- Drive strategic account planning with a focus on long-term retention and scalable growth.
- Partner closely with MPO, Growth, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in client service or account management within digital advertising, with direct brand experience strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Exceptional ability to design and implement scalable frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong executive-level presentation skills and authoritative communication.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Client-centric, forward-thinking strategic problem-solver.
