Technology Strategy Manager (AI, Cloud)

Technology Strategy Manager (AI, Cloud): Provide strategic technology advisory services to address business needs and develop technology strategies, business process improvements, and platform architectures with an accent on AI, cloud modernization, and IT operational improvements. Focus on leading analysis, documenting recommendations, and assisting in strategic roadmapping for enterprise system transformations.

Location: Orlando, FL, United States (Hybrid). Consistent with the firm’s hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a hirify.global office or client site.

What you will do

• Provide strategic technology advisory services to client organizations.
• Lead the analysis, documentation, and recommendations of technology strategies, business process improvements, and platform architectures.
• Utilize and continuously learn new technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Assist in strategic planning, roadmapping, and implementation services.
• Develop recommendations leveraging artificial intelligence, strategic enterprise architecture, cloud / infrastructure modernization, and IT operational improvements.
• Assist practice leadership in creating proposals, budgets, and work plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information technology, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of management consulting experience or equivalent required.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, critical thinking aptitude, and experience with data modeling and/or process mapping.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience and architectural understanding across enterprise business applications (CRMs, ERPs, HCMs).
• Experience developing strategic business cases and roadmaps for enterprise system transformations.

Nice to have

• A master’s degree is a plus, MBA is preferred.
