What you will do

  • Generate demand and build sales pipeline for Microsoft solutions within a defined territory, owning revenue and gross profit attainment.
  • Manage the executive sales cycle from discovery to close, orchestrating virtual teams and negotiating proposals.
  • Lead with value and ROI, building business cases and adoption plans for measurable impact.
  • Take a services-led approach to architect and design solutions related to collaboration, productivity, security, and AI platforms.
  • Facilitate C-level conversations to enhance understanding and align on Microsoft initiatives.
  • Partner with Microsoft for co-sell motions, workshops, customer incentives, and POC funding.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in solutions sales, specifically focused on Microsoft platforms.
  • Proven track record in selling multi-vendor integrated solutions and professional services, supporting enterprise RFPs and executive presentations.
  • Proficiency with M365 (Security and Collaboration), Copilot (AI Business Solutions), and Public Cloud (Azure Solutions).
  • Proficiency with Teams, Intune/Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, and Zero Trust concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
  • Ability to translate executive objectives into structured roadmaps and communicate business value to stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within a designated Sales District, up to 50% of the time.
