TL;DR

Business Development Rep (Fintech): Driving market awareness and starting sales conversations with qualified prospects in the rapidly growing Fintech space through a codeless platform. Focus on identifying target accounts, crafting outbound messaging, and setting up discovery meetings.

Location: Must reside in one of the following states: California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington.

Salary: $60,000 - 75,000 Annually

What you will do

  • Work with the BDR manager and Account Executives to identify target accounts.
  • Craft outbound messaging and set up discovery meetings.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify individual prospects.
  • Use sales engagement platform to email and call prospects.
  • Communicate complex ideas concisely and clearly via writing.

Requirements

  • 1+ years minimum of experience within the industry or similar technologies.
  • Proven ability and track record prospecting into new accounts.
  • Proven record of overachieving quota.
  • Experience with a solution-based approach to selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • A positive attitude and desire to grow professionally.

Nice to have

  • University or Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience working successfully within in early stage startups.
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute cross-functionally.
  • Existing relationships within the Financial industry.
