What you will do
- Identify and develop land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Partner with the sales team to create relationships with existing customers and identify their potential needs.
- Move solid leads through the funnel, connecting them to a salesperson and arranging meetings.
- Maintain activities and related data in Salesforce CRM system.
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new needs.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements
- 3 – 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
- Experience researching, account planning, and prospecting into a list of accounts.
- Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year-over-year quota attainment.
