What you will do
- Lead CRM onboarding and configuration for dealer partners, customizing workflows, lead stages, campaigns, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary CRM subject matter expert for clients during implementation and post-launch.
- Conduct training sessions for dealership staff on CRM features including lead management and campaigns.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend CRM best practices for automation and customer engagement.
- Monitor adoption metrics and provide actionable insights to improve utilization.
- Validate CRM configurations against UAT checklists and support troubleshooting during go-live and hypercare phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM implementation or consulting, preferably in automotive retail.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead management, and campaign automation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
