What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ talented engineers within full-stack platform engineering.
• Act as a hands-on manager and participate in project design and implementation.
• Plan roadmap, engineer resources, and hiring processes.
• Promote software development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews.
• Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure requirements and priorities align.
• Balance and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and ensure company objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering results and leading high-impact teams.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development in web technologies and architecting scalable systems.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, including essential people management experiences.
• In-depth experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL.
• Experience working with modern frontend libraries and frameworks (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Jest).
• Experience in modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, system design, cloud computing).
