Salary: $102,800 – $171,300 USD annually.

What you will do

  • Drive renewal retention and contribute to portfolio growth and expansion within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B academic partners in North America, managing renewals and contracting.
  • Manage tax status, invoicing, internal crediting processes, and CRM processing for designated accounts.
  • Proactively communicate with partners to ensure clear, consistent engagement well ahead of renewal timelines.
  • Develop and execute strategies for customer retention, risk mitigation, and renewal growth with minimal supervision.
  • Achieve and grow renewal revenue targets by creating demand for hirify.global Healthcare Education products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Academic Success Managers to improve client satisfaction and address issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; health-related or business fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of successful account management and/or sales experience, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Experience selling technology-based products to health professions programs and/or medical school partners; cold-calling experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce.com), CPQ, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel overnight, generally up to 30%, depending on business and customer needs.
