Salary: $108,800–$147,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions and act as a strategic advisor to small and mid-sized law firms.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations of the hirify.global platform, navigating technical and ethical objections.
• Articulate hirify.global’s AI vision and help firms safely adopt automation for legal drafting, research, and efficiency.
• Architect solutions by converting complex technical requirements into tangible business value with hirify.global and its integrations.
• Act as the "voice of the lawyer" internally, translating field insights to influence the Product and Engineering roadmap.
• Mentor the sales organization on legal workflows and AI-driven solutions, and act as a thought leader in legal tech.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree and 2+ years of legal practice experience.
• Passion for legal tech and optimizing workflows with new tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, high EQ, and ability to distill complex technical concepts.
• Strong problem-solving DNA, deconstructing messy processes into efficient, tech-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with legal practice management (LPM), document automation, and legal research platforms.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales, or Legal Technology implementation.
• Active involvement in legal innovation communities or bar association technology committees.
• A strong "AI Point of View" with knowledge of LLMs in legal drafting and ethics.
