What you will do

• Build and own the SEO function, defining strategy, tooling, processes, and success metrics.
• Define and execute SEO strategy across technical SEO, GEO, and content optimization to drive organic growth.
• Own site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and performance to improve rankings and site health.
• Partner with product, engineering, design, and marketing to embed SEO into infrastructure and launches.
• Establish SEO reporting and measurement, tracking performance and surfacing insights.
• Lead AI-driven SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SEO experience, with deep technical SEO expertise.
• Strong understanding of search algorithms, crawling, indexation, and ranking factors.
• Hands-on with GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
• Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and partnering with engineers.
• Highly analytical, with experience using Looker or Google Data Studio.
• Experienced in mobile-first SEO and proven ability to lead through influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
• This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.
