TL;DR

Growth Account Executive (SaaS/Security): Driving new business and expanding footprint within the SMB segment with an accent on generating pipeline and managing full sales cycles. Focus on articulating the value of security solutions to technical and business stakeholders and building relationships with customers.

Location: Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based, without the need for visa sponsorship. This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Based in the USA.

Salary: $85,000—$95,000 USD

What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify and develop new business opportunities within the SMB market.
  • Understand our customer’s complex business problems.
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of hirify.global Cloud Security Solutions and their value to our customers in the growth segment.
  • Position and advise to CISO level executives with industry Point-of-View business insights and build executive relationships with customers.
  • Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Align with hirify.global partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Security sales, selling to SMB/Mid-Enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical territory listed.
  • Strong pipeline generation skills, including outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-growth sales environment.
  • A consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers.
  • Understanding of cloud security challenges and the ability to communicate technical concepts.
