What you will do

• Define and lead the product marketing strategy for hirify.global’s AI-native Digital Experience Platform.
• Translate customer needs and market insights into strategic opportunities and product roadmap input.
• Drive analyst relations, ensuring key industry analysts understand hirify.global's strategy and differentiation.
• Develop compelling market narratives, positioning, and value propositions to support go-to-market efforts.
• Enable Sales, Product, and Marketing teams with competitive intelligence and clear understanding of market landscape.
• Expand community and customer reference programs to showcase results and build trust in the enterprise market.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years in product marketing or adjacent marketing roles.
• 8+ years leading teams and influencing stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Experience building and marketing enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven ability to support an integrated Go-to-Market motion across sales, partners, and marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and executive-ready.
• Hands-on experience using AI in product marketing workflows.
