What you will do
- Define and execute the overall business strategy for global accounts, aligning with organizational goals and financial targets.
- Lead and inspire a high-performance sales culture, mentoring and developing the team.
- Drive operational excellence through data-driven analysis and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategy with product development and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Communicate with leaders at all levels, including C-suite, to establish open and trusting relationships.
Requirements
- Instrumental in developing and managing accounts to generate revenue and achieve quotas.
- Proven leader of direct and globally matrixed teams with 5+ years of global field sales management experience.
- Advanced skill set and experience working and selling into the financial services industry.
- Experience running large revenue streams of [$100M+], with a proven track record of closing large deals with Global Enterprise customers.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Pure’s portfolio with the ability to create business solutions for customers.
- Ability to create a business case justifying a desired investment with the results and revenue it will drive.
