Location: This role is based in our Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most hirify.globals have the option to work from home on Wednesdays.
Salary: $120,000–$136,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor to guide customers in adopting workflows that maximize value.
- Lead strategic, time-bound workflow consultations and account-based enablement sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement strategic enablement frameworks, driving alignment.
- Design and deliver scalable training content through high-impact workshops and interactive sessions.
- Establish and innovate key metrics to optimize programs for impact and retention.
- Foster long-term adoption success and account growth by identifying strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer enablement, learning and delivery, customer success, program management, or strategic consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of leading impactful enablement sessions and initiatives.
- Strong program management skills with experience in defining and driving strategic enablement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strategic and sales-minded approach with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve success.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
