What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Specialist Solutions Architects for a company in high-growth mode.
  • Maintain a hiring pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
  • Partner with Sales to achieve company and business unit sales targets by building comprehensive technical points of view and establishing lakehouse architecture.
  • Drive customer success in your region by aligning with sales and other hirify.global cross-functional teams.
  • Establish relationships across the business to make your customers and team successful.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product (e.g., data warehousing, big data, or machine learning).
  • Experience leading technical pre-sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, and supporting pre-sales professionals, and exceeding annual quotas.
  • Ability to lead a team through best practices for technical account strategy, architecture discussions, and solution advocacy in customer environments.
  • Experience hiring candidates, ramping them up to be successful, and promoting them into larger roles.
  • Ability to create positive morale, establish work-life balance, and foster healthy working relationships within the team and with internal partners.
  • Experience working with other teams such as Sales, Product Management, Industry Go-to-Market, and Customer Success.
  • Experience driving executive alignment in accounts that guides strategic data infrastructure decisions and establishes partnerships.
