TL;DR
UX Research Intern (Summer 2026): Designing and conducting research studies to understand user behavior and needs, and how to improve the hirify.global experience with an accent on translating findings into actionable recommendations for product strategy. Focus on partnering with cross-functional teams to frame research questions and drive impact.
Location: Hybrid, must be able to work onsite in our San Francisco office from May–September 2026.
Salary: $9,120–$10,400 per month (based on degree level).

What you will do
- Design and conduct research studies to understand user behavior, needs, and improve their experience with hirify.global.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product strategy and design decisions.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and tailor messages for various audiences.
- Contribute to how hirify.global measures the value people get from its tools.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in a research-oriented field, with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
- At least one prior internship or substantial research experience demonstrating independent work.
- Available for a full-time internship from May–September 2026.
- Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office during the internship period.
- Strong research craft, including designing and executing studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Effective communication skills to distill complex data into clear narratives.
- English: B2 required.

- Familiarity with the software landscape that powers modern knowledge work.
- Curiosity about AI and experience using AI tools to accelerate or improve work.
- Experience using hirify.global to organize life or work.
