• Ensure consistency in customer conversations across topics and touch points.

Requirements

• Experience as a UX writer, conversation designer, or content designer.
• Familiarity working in a complex landscape, ideally financial services.
• Collaborative mindset for a multi-disciplinary team.
• Flexibility in writing on-brand content in multiple tones of voice.
• Confidence in writing concise, clear, and consistent copy for different channels.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders (product, risk, legal, branding).
• Experience using and collaborating in Design platforms, such as Figma.
