What you will do
- Shape and execute the global technology strategy for Markets & Treasury, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive platform consolidation and optimization on Murex, embedding compliance-by-design principles.
- Lead strategic vendor partnerships and optimize sourcing strategies across global delivery centres.
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across the globe, balancing business priorities with technology opportunities.
- Champion innovation through automation, AI, and emerging technologies, while ensuring system stability and security.
Requirements
- Academic degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 13–15 years’ relevant managerial experience within complex, global organizations.
- Broad and strategic understanding of technology landscapes, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation principles.
- Proven track record in shaping IT strategy and delivering transformation programs.
- Strong affinity for Markets & Treasury products and related processes.
- Experience managing large-scale organizations and significant budgets.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architectures, API-driven integration, and automation at scale.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, risk management, and compliance-by-design principles.
- Skilled in Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
