Lead QA Engineer

Location: Remote, with a 12 to 21 CET work schedule.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain effective QA processes and practices.
• Drive quality culture across the team and promote shared ownership of quality.
• Define and own the API testing strategy (manual and automated).
• Review test approaches, test cases, and testing results.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in QA and software testing for 3+ years.
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
• Solid knowledge of API testing (REST, HTTP, status codes, authentication).
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman or similar).
• Understanding of testing processes, test design techniques, and quality metrics.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• English: Intermediate+ (B2) level or above.
