Salary: Mid: 600-1000 PLN/MD, Senior: 1000-1300 PLN/MD

• Develop and evolve large-scale backend systems based on modern microservices architecture.
• Design solutions with high availability and horizontal scalability, operating under significant load.
• Implement and maintain services supporting critical business processes.
• Collaborate within a mature, cross-functional team, influencing system architecture and technical decisions.
• Communicate effectively with Product Owners and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience at Mid or Senior Java Developer level.
• Strong knowledge of Java 11+ or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience in building microservices-based systems.
• Very good practical knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka (preferred) or RabbitMQ.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems architecture and asynchronous communication.
• Experience working with high-throughput, large-scale data processing systems.
• Ability to design applications with horizontal scalability and high availability.
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
