Location: Hybrid in Barcelona (3 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Reach out to existing customers, find and create upgrade opportunities, and showcase add-on solutions to increase revenue.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from demonstrating value to activation and providing guidance on product usage.
• Bring market intelligence back into the organization, sharing competitive threats and ideas to overcome objections.
• Act as a subject matter expert on add-on products, advocating for their value proposition and ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Fluency in German (C2 level) and full working proficiency in English.
• Proactive approach to managing a sales pipeline, generating new sales, and working towards targets.
• Strong drive and motivation to be a top performer with a hunger for sales and target achievement.
• High level of interpersonal skills for collaborative work and cross-departmental communication.
• Openness to learning and feedback with a growth mindset.
