Location: Hybrid (Sofia, Bulgaria)

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices.
  • Support the development and improvement of People Ops policies, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Assist with benefits administration and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing of employee changes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and a solid understanding of HR fundamentals (HRIS, employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with HR software and productivity tools.
