What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and best practices.
- Support the development and improvement of People Ops policies, SOPs, and workflows.
- Assist with benefits administration and coordinate with payroll for accurate processing of employee changes.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with employment laws and a solid understanding of HR fundamentals (HRIS, employee lifecycle, benefits, compliance).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HR software and productivity tools.
