What you will do

• Maintain on-premises infrastructure, ensuring systems are compliant and well-maintained.
• Work across internal and customer-facing systems, ensuring high levels of performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to colleagues across teams.
• Proactively develop and promote best practices, driving continuous improvements.
• Support the Production Operations team with routine operational activities.

Requirements

• Experience with data and storage provisioning and management.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery technologies and methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of Cisco network technologies.
• Exposure to or experience with DevOps methodologies.
• Windows Server administration, including Active Directory.
• VMWare (ESXi) virtualization.

Nice to have

• Core Microsoft technologies such as MS SQL, DNS, and RDS.
• Citrix technologies.
• Avamar backup and recovery solutions.
• Experience working in a 24x7 or globally distributed environment.
