What you will do

• Generate creative ideas for videos, UGC, motion creatives, and playables.
• Translate hypotheses into clear briefs for designers and video editors.
• Manage the full creative production pipeline.
• Launch A/B tests with the UA team and analyze performance metrics.
• Optimize ideas and formats for different geos, networks, and creative patterns.
• Develop creative approaches to drive traffic growth, proposing new formats inspired by TikTok, YouTube, and ad libraries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer, Marketing Creative Specialist, Video Producer, or Motion/UA Creative Lead in mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and the role of creatives in driving CPI/IPM.
• Hypothesis-driven mindset with a focus on metrics-based decision-making.
• Creative and structured thinking: ability to generate ideas and build scalable pipelines.
• Experience working with designers and video creators.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with football/sports games.
• Skills in editing, motion design, or narrative storytelling.
• Experience producing UGC-style creatives.
