Salary: 100–130 PLN net/h + VAT (B2B contract)

What you will do

• Design, train, and optimize large neural network models for scoring, ranking, and recommendation systems.
• Translate business problems into machine learning solutions, supporting product analytics and developing decision-support models.
• Build algorithms for CPC pricing, ROAS strategy, bid prediction, dynamic pricing, and advanced automated bidding systems.
• Contribute to the development of the largest e-commerce system in Poland, impacting over 20 million users.
• Operate autonomously within micro-services based teams, focusing on software delivery at massive scale.

Requirements

• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and data science.
• Proven commercial experience of at least 3 years in ML, neural networks, or algorithmic modeling.
• Experience in production ML environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow and basic Linux knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with business and product teams.
