What you will do
- Conduct needs, learner/persona, and task/topic analyses to finalize measurable learning objectives.
- Apply Adult Learning Theory and accessibility standards to create topic outlines, storyboards, and assessment plans.
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs across multiple formats, including eLearning and video.
- Collaborate with program managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to refine learning materials.
- Build and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and status to meet deadlines.
- Review and edit all training materials for clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a minimum of 2-5 years of proven business experience in a similar field.
- Experience creating eLearning modules, job aids, work instructions, and/or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with instructional design concepts, standards, and adult learning principles.
- Experience with digital content creation tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills at multiple business levels.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship will not be provided.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Blackboard, Workday) and administration.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as ATD, CompTIA CTT+.
