What you will do

• Build and maintain a strong understanding of hirify.global’s products, use cases, and customer challenges.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on discovery, research, and validation efforts, including gathering customer insights and sharing structured feedback.
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and other teams to translate customer and prospect needs into actionable insights for various departments.
• Support customer adoption and understanding by helping internal teams explain product value, functionality, and use cases.
• Contribute to process improvements across teams related to product knowledge, communication, or customer feedback loops.
• Act as a partner on compliance-related topics by understanding regulatory impacts and helping teams navigate compliance questions.

Requirements

• A degree in economics, legal, finance, or a related field.
• A true passion for technology and solving user needs.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally with accounting, finance or SaaS experience.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, context-switch, and be resourceful in problem-solving.
• Very good written expression and strong communication skills (e.g., ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences).
• Open to feedback, on which you generate new ideas, iterate and synthesize.
