What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement AI solutions using IBM Watson services.
• Build, train, and maintain NLP models and conversational AI solutions.
• Integrate Watson services with backend systems, APIs, and external platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IBM Watson AI / Watsonx for 3+ years.
• Practical experience with Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery, Watson NLP, or similar services.
• Strong understanding of NLP and conversational AI principles.
• Experience integrating AI services via REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (IBM Cloud is a strong advantage).
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Watsonx.ai and Watsonx.data.
• Experience delivering enterprise-grade chatbots or AI assistants.
• Familiarity with other AI platforms (Azure AI, Google AI, OpenAI, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of AI security, governance, and ethical AI principles.
