What you will do

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing, content, and design strategy.
• Refine brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Produce high-impact content for web, social, sales, and external communications.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize for visibility and engagement.
• Build relationships with external freelancers, agencies, and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior marketing or content/design role, ideally in rapidly scaling tech or startup environments.
• Strong portfolio showing creative campaigns and brand/visual transformations.
• Hands-on expertise in brand strategy, content creation, digital marketing, and team leadership.
• Data-driven problem solver, able to interpret and act on marketing analytics.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills with fluency in English.
• Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally.
• Up to date with the latest marketing, content, and design trends.
