What you will do

• Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
• Prepare impactful product launches in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Create content and manage campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and usage across hirify.global’s features.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and dApps to tell the story of our integrations and community impact.
• Use data tools like Appsflyer and PostHog to evaluate campaign performance and optimize messaging.
• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure everyone has what they need to win.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally at a tech product or crypto company.
• Proven success in planning and launching product features in fast-paced environments.
• A knack for turning complex features into clear, benefit-driven messaging.
• Experience in conducting user interviews, running surveys, and synthesizing competitive intelligence.
• Strong writing skills, especially in simplifying technical content.
• Experience working closely with product, growth, engineering, and design teams.
• Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing tools.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem or previous work on blockchain-based products.
• Experience supporting product discovery efforts alongside PMs and researchers.
