Marketing Specialist

TL;DR

Marketing Specialist: Managing and executing events and other marketing activities across the AMER and APAC regions with an accent on driving regional marketing strategy and lead generation. Focus on monitoring campaign performance, understanding industry trends, and collaborating with internal and external teams to support sales goals.

Location: Remote US East or Central time zones. Must be based in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage and execute regional events and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with channel and specialist sales managers to develop and execute effective marketing activities.
• Drive lead generation programs in coordination with the Business Development team.
• Support the creation of strategic marketing plans and manage a regional budget.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events.
• Communicate with hirify.global’s global team, including finance, engineering, sales, and account management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing in a tech company or startup environment.
• Superior understanding of the marketing industry landscape and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce (Pardot).
• Experience with the Cvent platform.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel 20%-30% of the year.

• Previous experience in the Cloud is an advantage.

• Experience working directly with agencies and external suppliers.
