TL;DR

Data Analyst (Growth Marketing) (Fintech): Accelerating D2C business growth by delivering data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance, customer targeting, and acquisition efficiency with an accent on performance measurement, optimisation strategies, and advanced modelling (MMM, MTA, LTV). Focus on uncovering audience behaviours, defining test hypotheses, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Location: Hybrid working: minimum of 50% of your working time per month in the office. Initial period will be full-time in the office. Office locations in Manchester, London, and Bristol, UK.

Salary: £45,000–£55,000

What you will do

  • Support performance analysis across digital and offline acquisition channels and contribute to optimisation strategies.
  • Track and evaluate key metrics such as CPA, conversion rate, ROI, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Support development of measurement and modelling frameworks including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
  • Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources, then build and maintain automated dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover audience behaviours, segment performance, and channel synergies.
  • Collaborate with BI/Data Engineering, marketing, finance, and digital teams to enhance data pipelines and connect acquisition data with business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst or Marketing Analyst, ideally in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing data sources (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, CRM, CDP).
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics concepts (CPA, ROI, funnel analysis, attribution, CLV).
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights clearly.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Snowflake and Google Big Query.
  • Strong interest in AI and automation.
