What you will do

• Work with large datasets to extract meaningful information.
• Support decision-making processes through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to shaping digital experiences for millions of users worldwide.
• Develop and apply digital analytics strategies.

Requirements

• Higher education degree or final-year student status in an analytical field.
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with databases and SQL for writing queries.
• Knowledge of at least one data analysis language or tool (e.g., Python, R, BI tools).
• Interest in AI and practical examples of using AI tools in daily analytical work.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
• Good command of written and spoken Polish and English (B2+/C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Intelligence / reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to work interdisciplinarily, combining quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience with Google and/or Meta marketing tools.
