What you will do

• Support business development for key partners, including commercial and operational assistance.
• Analyze partner-generated opportunities and key performance metrics.
• Assist with CRM updates, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
• Conduct market and ecosystem research for potential new partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing) on partner-related workflows.

Requirements

• Previous internship experience in business development, partnerships, or account management is preferred.
• Strong curiosity for business dynamics within ecommerce, fintech, and digital innovation.
• Experiences demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
