What you will do
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new card customers, guiding them through setup, documentation, and configuration.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Finance) and card partners to ensure timely activations.
- Act as the operational point of contact for existing card customers and coordinate issue resolution.
- Provide clear updates to customers and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to optimize product offering and workflows.
- Contribute to internal documentation and best practice sharing.
