What you will do

• Define and execute hirify.global’s global product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the product marketing team.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure aligned strategies and strong field enablement.
• Drive market and customer insight to sharpen differentiation and inform roadmap.
• Elevate market presence and performance through analyst relations and data-driven measurement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, AI or technology, ideally in eCommerce.
• Proven ability to define and lead go-to-market strategy for complex multi-product suites.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with sound judgment and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• French proficiency is a big plus.
