What you will do
- Develop and implement strategies to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and scale successful campaigns.
- Conduct deep analysis of campaign performance metrics using tools like Tableau and Google Ads reporting.
- Design and implement optimal campaign structures, continuously testing and refining ad copy and bidding strategies.
- Oversee and optimize campaigns across Google, testing new growth channels, and allocate budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish acquisition goals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Partner with creative, data, product, and growth teams to ensure cohesive acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in user acquisition for subscription-based web products.
- Proven track record of scaling performance marketing campaigns, with Google Search Ads expertise required.
- Hands-on experience managing 7-figure monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience testing and scaling new channels like Bing, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube preferred.
- Strong analytical skills in campaign analysis, attribution, and optimization.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
