What you will do

• Participate in the development of long-term projects improving company performance with commercial databases.
• Work on corporate compliance applications collecting and processing vast amounts of data.
• Implement new functionalities, prepare UI/UX redesign, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate within a dedicated team to build RESTful APIs using Ruby 3.2 / Rails 7.
• Follow Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Ruby, or other programming languages with an interest in Ruby.
• Good command of JavaScript/JQuery, HTML, CSS.
• Knowledge of databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong skills in understanding and improving large-scale systems with a business domain focus.
• Ability to understand and break down complex problems and adapt to coding standards.
• Fluent in English.
• Must possess a valid work permit for Serbia.
