What you will do

• Lead and inspire a world-class team of AI and distributed systems engineers, focusing on career growth and performance.
• Define and drive the multi-year technical roadmap, aligning innovation with the Agentforce mission and setting measurable goals.
• Uphold processes for deployment, reliability, and safety guardrails for agent operation in mission-critical environments.
• Act as the primary technical bridge between Product Management, Design, and hirify.global Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with 2-4+ years of direct people management, preferably in SaaS or Startup environments.
• Background in software architecture and distributed systems, comfortable leading deep-dive architectural reviews for AI-driven backends.
• Ability to unblock team members, prototype solutions, and reinforce a "see something fix it!" team culture.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience leading multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem, Data Cloud, or Agentforce capabilities.
• Proven experience scaling AI/ML products and understanding the LLM lifecycle.
