What you will do

  • Establish and enforce operating rhythms and cadences for business reviews, defining inputs, outputs, and performance metrics.
  • Represent Revenue Operations in discussions with sales leadership to refine go-to-market strategy.
  • Own the entire territory design lifecycle, including modeling, implementation, and maintenance of global sales territories.
  • Define, document, and manage clear Rules of Engagement (ROE) for account ownership, lead routing, and partner engagement.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning by developing capacity models, setting targets, and defining strategic sales motions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of focused experience in Sales Operations at a high-growth tech company.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, with a proven track record of designing scalable GTM processes.
  • Strong Systems-orientation and familiarity with RevOps tools.
  • Prior stakeholder management experience, working directly with sales managers and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling and designing actionable reports.
  • Ownership mentality, thriving in ambiguity and driving results with minimal direction.
