What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Global Selling initiatives.
• Develop and communicate product requirements, and work with technology teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor and optimize customer satisfaction and system performance.
• Lead engineering teams in project scoping, planning, and delivery of technical product solutions.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and implementation of software development life cycle practices.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop software engineering talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product development and delivery experience.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in technical or business field.
• Experience with global markets and e-commerce platforms.
