What you will do
- Communicate (written) with multilingual players regarding Game and Account issues for World of Warships and World of Warships: Legends.
- Analyze Player Requests to identify and report errors, bugs, or inconsistencies.
- Update and improve existing documentation.
- Monitor user actions to ensure adherence to company policies and prevent rule violations.
- Communicate directly with users whose accounts have been banned for violations.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education.
- English: B2 required.
- Advanced PC user skills.
- Willingness to work onsite during probation period (5/2, 8-hour shifts) in Belgrade, Serbia.
- Willingness to work alternating shifts (2/2, 12-hour shifts) after probation period in Belgrade, Serbia.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Russian or German languages.
- Experience in an IT Support Department or working with users.
- Familiarity with hirify.global products, especially WoWS PC gaming.
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, and Jira.
- Knowledge of payment systems (e.g., Paypal, Alipay).
