What you will do

• Support day-to-day Workday operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, data loads, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and consistent people data across systems and support compliance efforts.
• Partner with People, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify automation and simplification opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance employee and manager self-service.
• Help document workflows, configuration decisions, and system changes for knowledge sharing.
• Act as a trusted resource for employee Workday questions and support creation of learning resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience working with Workday or other major HRIS platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear communicator who enjoys solving problems and supporting others.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort working with data.
• Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee transactions, compliance).
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling, or fintech environment.
