What you will do

• Take ownership of product quality for a D2C LegalTech product.
• Perform hands-on manual QA in a fast-moving environment with frequent feature releases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure stable features across browsers, devices, and real-world scenarios.
• Think in user journeys, spot risks early, and proactively address issues.
• Execute regression testing and validate fixes independently.
• Clearly communicate bugs and findings to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of modern web application architecture and browser behavior.
• Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms (Magic Link, OAuth/SSO).
• Experience testing subscription-based products, including billing and access control.
• Understanding of release cycles, regression testing, and risk-based QA.
• Proficiency with BrowserStack (or equivalent) for cross-browser/OS testing.
• Ability to use Browser DevTools and understand API responses (REST/JSON) and HTTP status codes.
• Manual QA–first mindset with attention to detail and edge cases.
• Proactive, ownership-driven approach to quality, collaborating with developers and product managers.
• Located within approximately ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET) for optimal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with D2C SaaS products.
• Exposure to A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.
• Understanding of automated testing concepts.
