What you will do

• Plan and execute demand generation and conversion campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, App).
• Manage creative production, from briefing to coordinating freelance designers and video editors.
• Write compelling ad copy in English and Russian.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Build and analyze custom reports and segments in Google Analytics.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for lower CAC and higher ROI.
• Take ownership of media planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record running successful Google Ads campaigns for B2B or B2B2C SaaS.
• Experience with Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and App campaigns.
• Solid understanding of CAC, conversion funnels, and performance metrics for SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (event setup, conversions).
• Confident with Google Analytics (custom reports, attribution analysis).
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Russian.
