Requirements
- Proven Leadership Experience: At least 3+ years leading cross-functional, agile development teams.
- Technical Background: Solid hands-on experience as a software engineer (.NET or Go).
- DevOps and Automation Skills: Familiarity with CI, automated testing, and release management.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize, plan, and perform under pressure.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English, B2 level or higher.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Extreme Programming, or Kanban).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
