TL;DR

BDR Italy (Marketing): Driving pipeline and creating new business opportunities with brands and agencies across Italy, acting as the first touchpoint for hirify.global's influencer marketing solutions. Focus on outbound prospecting, educating marketing leaders, and building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers.

Location: Fully remote, must be based anywhere in Europe.

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across the Italian region via Outbound Prospection.
  • Manage outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events — using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Educate marketing leaders on the power of influencer marketing and hirify.global’s solution.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and strategy as well as manage inbound leads you receive.
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for booked meetings and qualified opportunities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers — CMOs, Heads of Social, Heads of Influencer Marketing, and Marketing Directors.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or marketing tech sales (SDR/BDR level).
  • A curiosity for influencer marketing and creator economy trends.
  • Excellent communication and resilience — you thrive on connecting with people.
  • Fluent in Italian and English and comfortable working remotely across a fast-paced, international team.
