Location: Hybrid in Bremen, Karlsruhe, Berlin, or Munich, Germany. Up to 50% home office is possible. A Work From Abroad Program allows up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country.

What you will do

• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate project teams.
• Manage and oversee successful product deployments and identify further deployment potential.
• Deliver trainings, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Work closely with support, sales engineering, and technical project management teams.
• Monitor customer health metrics to develop usage and customer value.
• Champion the voice of the customer internally by connecting feedback to Product & Marketing.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or similar IT-related background.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Experience in close customer collaboration and effective communication at all levels.
• Proven ability to advocate for customers and cultivate key relationships.
• Experience managing projects and programs.
• Available to visit existing and potential enterprise customers.
