Location: Must be based in Procore's Cairo, Egypt office with flexible working model.

What you will do

• Partner with Product & Technology hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and recommend strategies to meet hiring targets.
• Plan and execute creative sourcing strategies to find talent through referrals and networking.
• Build long-term prospect pipelines and quickly source candidates for immediate demands.
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact candidate pipelines.
• Map target geographic areas globally for sourcing talent.
• Consistently differentiate Procore through an amazing candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably at a software or technology company.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Exceptional relationship building, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment at a rapidly growing company.
• Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates.
• General knowledge of talent engagement and acquisition strategies of top SaaS companies globally.

Nice to have

• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Connectifier (or similar).
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Sourcing tools.
